2. How much notice do I need to give for a booking?
You can book anytime however bookings get very busy so please book as
early as possible to avoid disappointment. Alternatively you can contact us
last minute on the day as we may have availability and be able to help you.
3. How much does it cost?
Prices may vary depending on your intended use i.e. home/business/location
or number of items hired, please contact us to get exact prices.
4. What do the prices include?
All bouncy castle booking prices include local delivery, a small charge may
be charged for out of area deliveries, (please contact us for delivery
rates). You will also receive a blower, extension cable, circuit breaker and
safety crash mats, the price also includes set up, inflation and collection.
5. When are your bouncy castles available?
Our castles are available inside 7 days a week all year round including Bank
Holidays and outside from April to October.
6. How long do I get the equipment for?
Most parties are in the afternoon and so we will deliver and set up your
castle between 8am and 12noon (this can vary in peak seasons but we
always have your unit there in time for your party), we will then come and
take the castle away after your party has finished usually from 6pm to
10pm , in peak season (june, july) we may pick up later than this but this
cannot be guaranteed, if you require the unit later than this it may be
possible but there may be an additional charge please contact us to find
out details .
7. Do you hire overnight?
This can be arranged for a small charge, please contact us.
8. Do I have to pay a deposit?
All bookings require a £25 deposit which is non refundable unless we
cancel due to bad weather.
9. How do I pay?
We only accept cash when we deliver or if paying by cheque it needs to
reach us at least 7 days before your hire date.
10. What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel at anytime, all we ask is that you give us as much notice as
possible. The deposit is non refundable but can be transferred for a hire
on a later date.
11. What if it rains?
Most of our bouncy castles come with shower covers and can be operated
in showery or light rain conditions but not in heavy rain due to safety
reasons. WE CANNOT SET UP INFLATABLES WHEN IT IS RAINING.
12. Can the bouncy castle be set up on a slope?
No this is not possible however if it is a very slight slope it may be ok, you
will need to discuss this prior to the booking.
13. How long does it take to set up/inflate/deflate/pack up the inflatable?
The bouncy castles take approx 20 minutes to set up and 20 minutes to
pack up. However this is only an estimate, times may vary depending on
which castle you hire.
14. How much space is needed?
You will need to allow a minimum of 5 feet at the front and rear of castle
and 3 feet either side, this is to allow access and the blower at rear. Please
make sure all garden items such as garden toys, swings, slides, patio
furniture, rubbish etc. are removed from the area where the castle is to be
sited, we may refuse to deliver if the area is not suitable for safe
operation of the unit, please contact us if you are in any doubt at all.
15. When I hire the castle is there anything I need to provide?
We supply all the hardware you will need for the castle, you will need to
provide a 240 volts mains power supply (petrol blower is available for an
additional charge of 35 pounds inc 5 litres of petrol), also you may need to
provide 2 forms of I.D. i.e. Drivers Licence, Utility Bill etc.
16. Do you supply safety instructions?
Yes we provide detailed safety instructions with every hire and will go
through the safe operation of the unit on delivery.
17. Is there an age limit for children using the castle?
Yes most our units have age limits all these can be seen next to the photos
of each inflatable.
